It is up to you whether you want to upload the plug-in or not and I assume that all of us, had use a lot of plug in their website. Trial and error really help when trying new plug-in. You can just go to the WordPress forum and find any plug in that you like. You can choose from the free plug-in to the premium one. If you are new to blogging, you can just use the free plug in first. If you want to increase your professional level in your blog, you can buy the premium one. I really hope that you have not use this plug in yet, because if you have use it before, so, I have to change the title to “ 7 almost rarely use plug-in”.  haha..
