When I was first introduced to the world of blogging, I was blurred with a lot of terms in the internet world such as back links, AJAX, black hat etc. So, SEO terms is useful enough to beginner and highly recommended to expert, who might somehow; forget a little bit about the terms. Anyway, sharing is caring. Here are a few terms that are being associated with SEO. You can find it easily in the Internet. Just do your research.
AJAX :
AJAX allows you to do a user-friendly web application. AJAX run by working inside a web browser. It create a more responsive wed page design.It also allows JavaScript scripts to send data requests and receive responses . It also do not waste time reloading when doing this task. It will make your web page faster.
Alt Attribute:
Alt attribute make it easier to Google crawler to crawl your website. Make the Google crawler find your website easily. Insert your keyword in the image.
Anchor text :
Anchor text is the real text of a link . Search engine put a bigger emphasis in this thing. They pays special attention to the text used in a hyperlink and correlate the keywords contained in the anchor text to the page that are being linked to. Plainly speaking, it is a hyperlink.
Announce site to search engines:
Announce” a website to the engines by adding a link to it from another site; that is, one that’s already indexed. You can submitted your URL to Google.
Back Link :
Back link is a type of links that will point to your site from other sites. Why is it important. High quality back link will increase your page rank. High quality back link came from a high page ranking website. Do your research.
Bait and Switch:
Bait and switch is considered as a spam technique . It establish a page for a search engine and a totally different page for ordinary viewers with the same address. It also creates an optimized page and submits to search engines but then it will replaces it with the regular page when the optimized page has been indexed.
Beacon :
Beacon is a line of code placed in a web page . The function of this thing is it helps track the visitor’s actions, such as registrations or purchases. A web beacon is often invisible because it’s very small in size.
Black Hat SEO :
Black Hat SEO is technique that were done by people who want to increase their ranking in the Google search engine. They do it illegally.
These are the example of the black hat technique:
- Keyword stuffing.
- Using hidden text .
- Using link farming.
- Cloaking .
- Doorway.
- Automatically generated content .
- Forums or blogs spamming
Not this black hat

in warrior forum, they said grey hat,is blacker than black… it is only a term, i like to learn something even from the black hat, but only applied the positive one will ensure u r an ethical blogger…
