Participate in forum that concerning your niche. For example , if you have a blog about flower. So, you should participate in a flower forum. Create your profile. Build your integrity. Participate actively. Try to give answer to other people problems. Your reputation will slowly increase. Then, people will naturally find out, that you are an expert in what you are saying. Remember to put your website URL in your profile. Whenever people have a problem regarding their flower, they will visit directly to your website. Your traffic will increase naturally, if they find out that your website is usefull for them.
It gos the same ways with blog commenting. Commenting in other people blog ethically. Do not spam them. Everybody hate spam. Wether it is an email spamming , blog spamming or even search engine spamming. Even the goolge crawler hated it. So, built your credential by commenting professionally in your niche area. Give to other people, and you will be rewarded. Remember to build relationship first, then build reputation.

in bound links are very important if u are targetting SEO.
IMO, via inboud links, the crawler will come to your page.
so if you dont have many inbound links, means u are restricting the crawlers from coming to your page.
thats why you cant find a way to attract more visitor to your page even though u have 200 posts on ur blog. =|
